These are the statutory rates Arche HR runs payroll on. We re-confirm them against the Finance Act whenever it changes, and the date below moves when we do.

Monthly PAYE bands
Applied to taxable pay, after the three statutory deductions.

Statutory deductions
All three come off gross pay before PAYE is worked out.

NSSF is charged on pensionable pay up to KES 108,000 a month, so the employee share never passes KES 6,480. Your employer matches it. SHIF never goes below its floor, however small the salary.
